Free Design ServiceAlthough the old school style and craftmanship may lead you to believe otherwise, many of our beautiful modern light fixtures are also available powered by electricity. This feature has helped many customers of Bevolo Gas & Electric lights enjoy our fine products even when they do not have a gas line available. Electric lighting is a convenience that marries functionality with charm and allows everyone to enjoy Bevolo lights. We hand make all of our lights, no matter the power source, and use only the best materials to ensure that your lights last a lifetime.
Bevolo, a family company, began making our highly sought-after lights in New Orleans in 1945. Today, we are able to ship our products all over the globe! Take a look around our website and enjoy the virtual gallery. You will find that we offer lights in a variety of different styles. The patina that emerges on our copper lights enhances their warmth and welcoming glow as time goes by, making them even more stunning. While the majority of our lights are produced with our signature copper, there are also a number of stunning stainless steel lights available.
All Bevolo lights, including our electric lights, are handmade in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Electric lights may be a better option than traditional gas lights, depending on the environment and the architecture of the structure you are considering lights for, as well as the utilities you have to set up at the location. Because we have beautiful choices of bulbs and chimneys, the ambiance or quality of our copper lights won’t be lost. We offer free consultation and design services with our lighting designers to help you make the best decisions when considering your lighting options.
When you opt for energy-efficient lighting, you can better illuminate any space using the same amount of energy for less money. Lighting typically accounts for about 15% of an average home's electricity usage, and the standard household saves approximately $250 in energy costs every year by switching to energy-efficient lights. If you're still using incandescent bulbs, cut your energy bills by choosing LEDs or Bevolo's unique gas burners. Choose from our Energy Star-compliant options when wanting more energy-efficient items. Our electric lights can produce some of the best results and save greatly on annual energy costs.
Standard features for all-electric light fixtures are the clear hurricane chimney and holder. A pearl chimney and holder that is frosted to keep the shape of the bulb hidden from view is also available. The pearl chimney is recommended with our CFL or LED bulbs.
A selection of specialty light bulbs is also available for use in our chandeliers and electric lights. Bulbs such as our silk-spun bulbs that are wrapped in a thin layer of silk filament are great for creating an ambient glow in your lights. Pink and white are offered for candelabras or medium base sockets. We also offer silicone-dipped bulbs that imitate the shape of a candle's flame.
No matter the style of light that you desire for your home or commercial property, you can count on Bevolo to provide products that are crafted with the utmost care and beauty. Our team takes great pride in their work, and their dedication is evident in the work that they create. And, our in-house design team is here to help make your selection process even more seamless.
