Copper is especially qualified to be integrated into your exterior landscape or hardscape thanks to its inherent resistance to decomposition and the elements. As a custom copper mailbox ages, it develops a layer of oxidation known as a “patina,” which will protect it from corrosion. Not only does this save you money over time via reduction of maintenance or needing to purchase new mailboxes, but this natural process will only add to the aesthetic value of your metal mailbox as the years go by.
The hand-made, post-mount mailboxes crafted by Bevolo’s artisans have a rustic charm that’s timeless. For a little extra pizazz, you can elect for a more decorated surface style that features gridlines, window patterns, lettering, and more. Brass address numbers are available to be added to the sides. A solid copper flag finishes off this piece of functional art with flair, allowing you to flag down your neighborhood postman with a stylish signal they’ll not see repeated often on their route!
The custom copper wall-mount mailboxes have a sleek, modern design that only Bevolo’s craftsmen can put together. A smooth, ergonomic mail flap allows for safe storage of your important letters and smaller parcels until you can collect them. Horizontal and vertical options are available so that you can have the proper proportions for your structure’s curbside appeal. Our copper mailboxes have security kit insert options that allow for locking systems to protect your documents. If you would like to know more about how best to utilize these features, feel free to reach out to our staff for more information. Additionally, brass address numbers can be added to the mailbox for further customization.
Although your hand-made mailbox will be created from heavy-gauge copper and finished with Bevolo’s polishing methods, you might want to keep it looking as new as the first day you started using it. We suggest that when cleaning a copper mailbox, you use warm water, a soft sponge, and a soft cloth or towel. Use non-wax furniture polish to buff the copper back to its original shine, and give it a going over once a month at least.
