Guarantee Statement

Bevolo builds a lifetime product which is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation and operating conditions. Electrical parts (electronic igniters, sockets, etc) as well as bracket finishes are guaranteed for 1 year. This guarantee does not cover damages due to extreme weather, objects hitting lantern, handling of light during installation as well as glass breakage. This guarantee only covers repair or replacement at our facility of the defective part(s) and excludes any responsibility for labor or shipping costs. PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS

Written proposals are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise noted.
Bevolo reserves the right to alter specifications and details without notice.

LEAD TIMES

The lead time will vary between 2-6 weeks, depending on the style and size of light, the quantity of lights as well as the current workload at the production facility.
Lead time for specialty or custom brackets/lights, including different finish or bracket material changes, nickel plated and stainless steel lights will always be greater than our current lead time.
If any unforeseen circumstances occur that will delay shipment, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

RUSH ORDERS

Bevolo offers customers the opportunity to have their lights shipped out to them faster than the current lead time for a 25% of the subtotal.
Rush Orders will be shipped out no later than 2 weeks after receiving payment.
In some cases, certain specialty brackets/lights may not be eligible to be rushed within 2 weeks.

PAYMENT TERMS

Balance must be paid in full before the order is put into production.
Distributors with approved Net 30 accounts must pay balance 30 days from ship date. If payment becomes delinquent over 45 days, then no invoices will be shipped until balance is resolved.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Any change(s) requested after the beginning of production may be subject to a restocking fee.
If a change(s) is made, estimated ship date is subject to change.
For custom lights and brackets, a fee may apply for canceling or changing an order even before production has started but custom process has started.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

All prices for shipping are to be determined on a per order basis.
All goods are inspected, well packed and in perfect condition when given to shipper and therefore the shipping company assumes responsibility for safe delivery.
Standard delivery is usually within 1-8 business days, excluding holidays after shipment.
When receiving a shipment, make sure the quantity received is the same quantity stated on the BOL. If short, note shortage on the delivery receipt/BOL while driver is present.
All boxes must be completely unpackaged and inspected upon receipt for damage. Damaged merchandise must be left in the original carton and remain unused at the original delivery location.
Any freight shipment damages must be notated on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Any small package UPS shipment damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient/customer.
Bevolo Gas & Electric Lights ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

You must contact Bevolo within 10 days (504.522.9485) to file a claim with the carrier and to issue applicable credits. Forward pictures of the damage to submit along with claim.

SHIPPING METHODS

Bevolo primarily ships using UPS Ground, UPS Freight or SEFL Freight depending on the number of lights being shipped, but at times may use other shipping companies.
If the customer requests a specific shipping company to be used, the customer must pay the difference in the shipping charge for any additional cost. Bevolo reserves the right to not use a specific freight carrier if they choose.
If the customer changes the shipping address once the package has shipped, the customer is responsible for paying the address change fee.

STORAGE FEES

Any order held for more than 30 days, due to request or unpaid/delinquent accounts will be subject to a 5% per month storage fee.

RETURN POLICY

Bevolo only accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. The return items are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging and in 100% sellable condition for credit to be issued.
All fixtures must be placed in the original packaging and shipped back to the return address on the existing shipping label.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
While we do not recommend a specific carrier for returns, we do recommend that you use a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number and to have insurance applied to the shipment for the full purchase amount.
If damages occur in shipping, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. Bevolo Gas & Electric Lights will not be responsible for any returned items that have been lost in shipment.
Very large or custom lights are not returnable for any reason other than manufacturers defect.

CREDITS

Please allow 30 days from the time you return your package for the items to be exchanged or for your credit card to be fully credited.
Bevolo Gas & Electric Lights cannot guarantee a refund on items returned without an RMA number or without its original packaging.
