With a desire for a resort-hotel feel and Zen space, the owners of this waterfront estate used a neutral palette to achieve efficiency in the historic Mediterranean-Art Deco style home. The owners wanted to keep the façade part of Miami Beach history while also modernizing for 21st century living. The use of classic copper lanterns in the Modernist style helped achieve the blend.
