This 1950s home wasn't much to look at when the homeowners were considering buying, but the view was a showstopper. Located on the bend of the canal, the view of the water compelled them to buy. With the help of architects and contractors, the homeowner/designer turned the cinder block structure into a modern Bahamian-meets-Ibizan cottage that reflects her family’s travels and love of entertaining.
